Deposits and Final Payments Please note: All cruise lines have very strict cancellation and payment policy. Deposits and final payments must be received by the due date or their system is very likely to auto cancel your booking if payment has not been received.

Credit Card Payments You can advise your credit card details to us via our secure form – Click Here for Secure Form Please Note: When making a deposit for your cruise you accept the terms and conditions for all passengers on your booking. Please read Terms and Conditions before advising payment details.

Please note: You will be charged credit card fee of 1% for Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. American Express will be charged at 1.8%. Savings or debit cards are not accepted. Direct transfer of funds to our account is the preferred payment option.

Just Cruises reserves the right to increase credit card fees at any time to include any changes to the RBA credit card reforms in conjunction with membership of the AFTA ACIS protection for supplier insolvency credit card chargeback scheme.

Paying by Cheque We do accept personal cheques, however please be advise that they need 5 working days to clear, so if you do prefer to pay by cheque, please ensure that you allow enough time for your cheque to arrive into our office and clear prior to your payment deadline. Cheques are not generally accepted for deposit payments as they are due with 3 days of bookings which does not allow enough time for them to clear. Please make your cheque payable as follows:
